TRIactive Session Plans
The TRIactiveprogram consists of 2 sessions each week for 6-weeks; one pool-based swim session plus a spin bike session that gradually incorporates some running to become a spin/run session.
These double-sided plans are available to download individually so they can be efficiently replaced in the event sheets get lost or damaged.
